At Annies Hallmark & Gretchens Hallmark, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a return.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and include the RA number inside the box before shipping it to our designated returns center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
